Smartling collaborates with a team of highly curated professional linguists that are located in the country of the languages they service. The linguists are selected for customers based on language, content specialties, domain expertise and customer specific requirements, such as an ISO 9001 certification.

Smartling translators are located around the world, and log into Smartling’s cloud-based platform to translate content. Translators are curated on their geographic expertise based on physical presence, and are matched to customers accordingly to maximize in-country expertise for translations.
