Some of the key features that Freshsales offers includes lead scoring, auto lead assignment, territory management, visual sales pipeline, mobile app to track deals on the go, website and in-app tracking, chronological timeline view of a prospects activity, ability to place calls from within Freshsales, bulk emails for sales follow-ups, advanced reporting, 2-way email sync, integrations and a bunch of other features.
