# KDETools Zimbra to Outlook Converter: support was great, but pricing required an upgrade

I found the team very supportive with good communication, and the KDETools Zimbra Converter tool worked perfectly for migrating bulk user mailboxes from Zimbra to Office 365. The main downside was that it is not a free tool, and we had to upgrade to the technician version for multiple users. For those who have used it, how did you decide which version to buy, and did it meet your needs for bulk migrations?
