IT Glue is a repository for IT Service Providers to organize documentation about passwords, assets and infrastructure. It can also be used as an internal knowledge base.

It's a Knowledge Base solution.  It's an easy-to-use relational database, with several in well integrated solutions.  Focus is primarily on Microsoft and Kaseya product integrations.  Its best used when relating resources to documents or together.
