As an agency that has been using WPMU DEV for over five years, I can confidently say that it's absolutely worth it. Their comprehensive suite of tools and plugins has significantly streamlined our workflow, especially when managing multiple WordPress sites. The quality and range of their plugins, from security to performance optimization, have been game-changers for us. What's particularly impressive is their managed hosting service, which offers reliability and top-notch performance, something crucial for an agency like ours. The level of expert support provided by WPMU DEV is another major plus; having access to professional assistance has saved us considerable time and effort in troubleshooting and optimizing sites. The Hub, their centralized management dashboard, is incredibly efficient for overseeing all our WordPress sites, making updates and monitoring performance a breeze. Also, the continuous updates and improvements they make to their services show their commitment to staying ahead in the WordPress arena. Considering the value it adds to our agency operations, the cost of WPMU DEV has been a worthwhile investment for us.

I believe that it is worth it. I'm on the Freelancer plan right now, but will need to upgrade to Agency or get another Freelancer one very soon. Not all the tools are the best option (for instance the backups require them to be stored on the WPMU Dev servers) depending on the country you are in. But still, you can only use the plugins/services that align with what you need for your company and clients. Also, there is integrated billing which is great for most countries, just not for Australia when registered for GST.

I have been a member for over 11 years now so I definitely think so! This is one membership that I never question if I want to renew. It is always a YES! The support and community alone make it worthwhile for me.

Worth it? Sure, it's worth it. They're innovative and they work very hard, simultaneously at hosting, the hub, reporting, great plugins, and support. I've probably forgotten something, but that something comes up a lot with MPMU DEV, and I'm always glad of it.
