I have never had any security issues.  My only issues are that their reports are not accountant-friendly (charges/credits don't add up to the total because not all the fees are listed.  You have to read their mind to know why they came up with that total).  They are incredibly difficult to reach and their customer service is slow to respond (typically 48 hours on a business day).
