# Is there a way to transfer or duplicate our media center to more than one login?

Right now, all the media for the lifetime of our account is stored under my login. Would be nice to have a backup or another way to access in case I leave the organization.

Hi Janie,
Thanks for reaching out! So no, there is no way to transfer or duplicate your Media Center. Typically when a user leaves an organization, they assign their account to a new user. So here are your options: share your login with someone else. Or create a new distribution or group email like tveyes@[your company].com and change the account user to that address. Feel free to reach out to Customer Success for additional questions or to assign a different email address for the account. customersuccess@tveyes.com or call 203.254.3600 option 2.

Thanks again for reaching out!
