# Is there a way to set a proposal template that you can host and send through Zoho CRM?

Im looking for a way that once my prospect says they are interested, I can just open my services agreement within zoho and the information is prefilled mostly and then I add any custom pricing or details and send it from zoho

Absolutely yes, there are many ways to do that. One is through certain templates which can be customized, but also using the mail merge action. It's easy and fast.
