There are multiple ways to get premiere pro free version, but its not recommended. because Adobe planform is industrial software, so if you use free version then it will not work properly. its not legal too.

Not free, but you can get a free trial for a month. If you are a student or teacher you can get the whole Adobe suit at a discount.
