# Is there a way in Zoom to have small group chat?

For example, if I am having training for about 100 people and I want to break them up into groups of 10 people each for discussion. Is there a feature I can use in Zoom that breaks the people into small break out sessions while I am hosting the training?

yes you can select the users in the meeting you want to message privately
