We got our money back by going to the bank and telling them it   was a fraudulent service. "Product was not as described" and we were able to be refunded.

nope they make a point to get the money out of you I was lucky to get out but have heard others could not.  And each phone call is recorded without your knowledge because it is legal in the state where they are located.
