# Is there a plan to allow texting to and from the 800.com

Unitel has a feature to receive texts band respond only to received texts.

Yes, Dean. We actually have Business SMS as part of the Inbox in the app. Here you can text your customers via SMS. All interactions which it be Call or SMS are tracked in the Inbox.
