# Is there a plan to allow only students/users with a certain @domain.com/ca/net to be able to create an account?

As previously mentioned, my company uses Thinkific for onboarding courses and internal training. Because anyone on the internet with our website link can create an account, we have to keep all of our online courses (they are free, we don't sell anything at the moment) either hidden or private, so people from outside don't have access to them. That said, we have to manually enroll each employee in our courses, which is not a scalable solution as we grow.

Hi Aline! One thing I can think of is to make these courses paid courses while creating a coupon code that's given to your employees.
