# Is there a chatbot available?

Is there a Chatbot or any other service that can break down complex services/instances/objects into simpler words to understand and gain more knowledge of how the systems work?
The site looks very interesting to ponder but can't deny it is complex too. I'm relatively new to this topic and would like to learn better.
Also the UI, hats off. I really like web development and Javascript used in almost everything in the website looks so seamless yet sophisticated.

Instana doesn't have a chatbot included but you always can make a ticket their response time is low.

Best join a webinar or customer demo to learn more about it. It took me also a while to understand all the bits and pieces. Since IBM was acquired by IBM, they may have added a chatbot, but I would prefer to talk to a real person in a WebEx.
