# Is there a best practice for implementing a good ECO process to our current process with Arena?

There seems to be no help tools whatsoever with the Arena product, which actually makes the product not nearly as useful as some others we have used. I want to be able to read some best practice documents for the Arena product as a whole. If the only way we can gain better training of the product is to send a person to physical training then don't plan on having myself come up to bat when they ask us if we want to keep Arena. Good software should come with tons of good self-help tools. Just look at the way Solidworks handles help tools. If the only way we can get help is through spending more money for a select group of people to be trained. Forget It!

Hello Kelly - Thanks for your feedback. While Arena does have a lot of help file content and videos (all accessible from the "?" menu in the application), I know it's not always the best way to learn processes or gain an understanding of best practices. We have a team of Customer Success Coaches here (of which I am a part), and we can provide that kind of instruction, for certain. Contact me at mwood@ptc.com and we can set something up!
