TargetX is software and packages that runs on top of Salesforce. You will need to pay the annual cost of both. It comes with some benefits and also some frustrations. Salesforce is powerful. And with power comes complexity. And somedays it makes you want to cry. Other days you’re just thankful for all the pre made integrations because Salesforce is so widely used.
