Snov.io has a Trial plan.

Trial is a renewable plan that lets you test Snov.io tools before you commit to a paid plan. On trial you can search for leads, verify emails, warm up your sender account, send campaigns and manage deals in the CRM. You will get 50 credits, 100 recipients, and 1 email warm-up slot. Premium features like integrations, bulk search, bulk verification, teamwork, email A/B testing, API & webhooks access and export are not available in Trial.
