Sketch itself is for Mac only. However, there is a browser version (web-app) that let's you explore and handoff existing (uploaded) Sketch files, plus an app to preview designs in the iPhone or iPad in real-time: https://www.sketch.com/apps/

Unfortunately no! But there is an app called Lunacy which supports Sketch files:
