SignNow complies with industry security standards and regulations such as PCI DSS, HIPAA, SOC 2 and the ESIGN Act of 2000. These standards allow us to manage customer data while preserving security and confidentiality as required under GDPR and other major regulations.
All signatures sent and collected using SignNow are legally binding.
The authentication options offered by SignNow are in full compliance with the ESIGN Act.
