Sendy is very good. Just make sure you install it (or have someone else install it) on a VPS server. Also, make sure you have a backup in place before doing an update. If you're not comfortable with FTP software and uploading files to a server, I would recommend going with a "done for you" option like MailerLite or Moosend.
