No. There are two payment options - $80 one time purchase for the "Standard" version of Parallels, or $99/year for the "Business"/"Professional" version of Parallels. Both the Standard and Pro versions can virtualize Windows, Linux, and macOS, but the Pro version contains a number of advanced features and virtualization capabilities not found in the Standard version.
