Netlify has a free tier that is fully free, and doesn't require a credit card.  You can run a website on this tier.

Within a usage limit yes its free. For most static websites or small business websites you will never need to exceed the free plan.

No, it’s not completely free, but it’s still the best option for simple web page hosting and everything that comes with it!

No but you can access free trail it is more than efficient fir small organization

It's not completely free. Netlify offers a free Starter plan with 100GB bandwidth, 10 GB storage and 300 build minutes per month, good for personal projects. Exceeding limits for the month suspends sites for the remaining days in the calendar month. Can be reactivated at any time by upgrading to a pro plan
