Pricing starts at $26 a month. Approvers and Contributors can be added at no cost as long as they don't create their own calendars.

It is not free. The base pricing looks to be $25/mo but they do offer nonprofit pricing if you ask for it.

There's a 15-day free trial and then you can pick a plan. We use the base plan of $26/month and it's been a great tool for us.
