No, Looker is not an ELT tool. It’s a business intelligence and data visualization platform. ELT (Extract, Load, Transform) tools are used to move and transform data from one system to another, while Looker is used for analyzing and visualizing data once it's already in your database.

No, it is not. ETL tool extract, transfer and load data. Looker only query data from a sources. There is no load option. It only store results in temporary tables on source side.
