Are they still alive?  I was paying the monthly, ran into an issue (LinkedIn Jail), reached out to Support to help and never received a response as if they all disappeared.  Cancelled my service.  That may be an empty office now.

No. There’s either a monthly fee, or a setup fee + lower monthly fee.
