It manages contacts and leads, along with estimates, scheduling, workflows, team communication, and payments. We’re constantly improving the software to support how contractors actually run their businesses.

It's like a rolodex. Only keeping track of clients contact info and separating them into fields like  sales, signing, contract signing, proposal, ordering and so on. You get to create the fields you want to separate them into but no invoicing, schedule,  texting,  or anything that you would use for service work like a CRM.
