# Is it possible to submit an expense associated with a report and then add expenses that are incurred sometimes much later.

For instance, I often pay for trade show attendance and want to get reimbursed ASAP, but then only incur other expenses when the trade show occurs.

Yes, you can add expenses - but if the report is closed, you'll have to change it to open. Very easy to do.
