Recording a presentation is easy.  I record all of my web presentations and when you end the recording you are asked to send you the recording or to send to the participants who attended or to all who were invited.  This makes it very easy.

It is possible, but it may also determine whether or not your organization allows the feature or pays for the feature.  There is an additional charge for recording a conference call.
