# Is it possible to populate a form with data specific to a user log in?

I have a sheet with artist bio information about a performer. When they open the Form their specific bio information is already filled in and all they have to do is either edit the existing data, add new or click "ok". I would imagine this would require a unique id for the person opening the form.

Thank you for your attention to my question. I look forward to your response.

I have been exploring the features in the form and unfortunately this is not available.
You can only populate a form with general "default" values to a field. The user filling out the form has to review and update those default values if needed.
The only value specific to a user is their "login" information which translates to a "submitted by" field in your document.
