Our experience was fantastic. Christian and the onboarding team began training, customizing and blending our workflow into their product(s) from Day one! We had plenty of support on GO Live week!  And our success manager, Ary has been my angel several times! Our data dump could have been better, but I think some of our "work arounds" with the last CRM, made a mess of our accounts.

I wouldn't say "easy" it's not a click of a button, but it is not hard and they really do the heavy lifting for you!

The answer is kind of complicated. In short, yes it is Easy. Service Titan has a whole range of trainers, support staff and online training to make the migration. They walk you through every step of the process and set you up to win. That being said, you should be prepared for a lot of legwork and data entry migration in the beginning to make sure it works well for you when it goes live. It’s 100% worth the effort, just make sure your teams (especially IT) prepare and set aside time and resources for it ahead of time.
