# Is it compatible with Java?

I might want to develop code in JAVA but I am not sure if it is compatible.

This is just a text editor, a sublime editor at that, so you can develop code in absolutely any language, even klingon or the Garcia language. It doesn&#39;t care what you are writing. There is no way for it to be incompatible with anything. There is compiler or interpreter built-in if that is what you are worried about. You write your code in Sublime and then run it through a seperate compiler or interpreter.
