Yes, it's been very reliable.  It backs up my computer every night and I haven't had any problems retrieving files from IDrive online.

I've been using iDrive for over a year now and have found it to be highly reliable.  It's very easy to back-up by hard drive using the desktop app, and is also easy to retrieve backed up files from the website log-in.  It's been a great service and I'd like to continue to use it for many years to come!

Yes but I can’t get automated emails on one of our PC ‘s for some reason (set to notify via email on success or failure)

No -- I went to use a backup and it gave me errors -- I had to pay $100 to the Mac Shack in Ft Collins to migrate to my new machine -- I have discontinued using idrive as a result.

Yes! I accidentally deleted all of my Contacts on my iPhone and within minutes, due to IDrive, everything was restored seamlessly!
