Yes. HiHello includes built-in consent capture language that can be embedded directly into lead capture forms, so when a contact exchanges information at an event, consent is recorded at the point of capture, not retroactively. For European events or any org with EU data subjects in scope, this removes a compliance gap that most badge-scanning tools don't address.
HiHello is SOC 2 Type II certified, GDPR compliant, and registered under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK and Swiss extensions. For enterprise event programs where legal is part of the approval process, the Trust Center provides the documentation needed for due diligence without a vendor call.
