I feel the health stream is legit and it's a wonderful thing to help your facility to keep the state mandated education going throughout the year as well as being able to add something as there's a new issue in your building for them to learn about. What I do find is utterly ridiculous for the amount of money it costs, is that getting an answer for an issue you're having takes a couple weeks if you get the answer at all.
When you talk to somebody it's just a person answering the phone basically and they say they're going to have to give it to somebody else and then it goes to somebody else and then to somebody else and then you get lost in the process.
Those that I talk to are wonderfully polite but I don't think there's enough education and enough staff to get you the answers you need. 

The classes they have and the availability to get things taught is a great device to prevent rooms of people and paying staff members to teach a class. But it should be that knowledgeable people can answer your questions when you call the phone number in my opinion. 

For CPR I sign up my staff and it used to be that I could have it automatically reassign to the students in 2 years when it's time for them to renew their certification. And for some unknown reason, they stopped that. Now is that something that they want me to pay extra for? I find that to be a possibility and that infuriates me. When I signed the contract a couple years before that was part of the deal. And then the renewal of the contract appears they didn't add that feature. I don't know because nobody could answer me when I called.  That was a week ago and do you think anybody called me back yet? Nope
