As 100% open source free software (GNU GPL License), GLPI is free to use! 

To be accompanied by certified experts, to benefit from unlimited corrective support, to use GLPI in SaaS mode maintained by the official GLPI editor, you have the GLPI Network subscription, or the GLPI Network Cloud offer.
