There is a free version of Forminator on wordpress.org and a pro version which is available as upgrade or as part of a membership.

There is a free version of Forminator available on the WordPress plugin directory. It's not restricted, but doesn't have all of the functionality that the PRO version has.

Definitely a very decent replacement for other free form plugins (and always my recommendation).

There is a free version. However, once you subscribe to paid version, there is the support and full feature which is value for money.
