Yes, eM Client offers a free version, but with limitations.
The free edition is intended for personal use and supports up to two email accounts.
For business or enterprise use - such as unlimited accounts, commercial usage rights, and advanced features—a paid license is required.

Yea, I use it with two email accounts and it’s free,i think that is the limit though. More accounts is what causes it to charge. I’ve not found any features that are restricted in any way.
