Yes, it has a free version also.

Crisp has a Basic plan that includes two seats and limited features. However, if you need a team to communicate with website visitors and help them, Basic plan is not enough. Depends on what problem you're solving when choosing a plan. 
Crisp is great. When people test it, they'll see its advantages.
