No, Cloudinary is a cloud-based service that manages media assets, such as images and videos, for websites and apps. Cloudinary&#39;s servers handle the upload, processing, and delivery of media assets, and it stores uploaded media on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Cloudinary also automatically analyzes and saves important data about each asset when it&#39;s uploaded.
