Yes! I had my work laptop crash and THANKFULLY I had Carbonite backing up my work files. Being able to grab a spare laptop and download critical files in a breeze is so helpful!

Yes it is a good backup and easy to reinstall if you lose a computer. It can be painful to wait for it to backup items of size, but it's worth it! I've experienced the need to reload items and thankfully I had this software!
