I think although it is a good project management software but there are other software doing the work more efficiently like zoho projects , jira+ confluence and many more

Yes, currently in my view and according to my usage it is one of the best project management tools. It has several features claiming it to be the best in the category with its remarkable features and affordable pricing range.

Yes, we have a small but many program NGO and with basecamp we are able to create many tasks and are able to control the information and store the data.
