The Predictive Index leverages the insights from three separate assessments to provide the insights organizations need to align their business strategy and their people strategy.

Job Assessment - The PI Job Assessment is a short assessment designed to help organizations define the behavioral drives and cognitive target for a given job. The information gleaned from this assessment sets the benchmark for candidate and employee comparisson. Linking a person to a job target is crucial for unlocking the power of PI’s tools. Internal stakeholders including but not limited to the hiring manager, HR professional, and top performer currently in the role complete the Job Assessment. 

Behavioral Assessment - The Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment consists of 2 questions and takes an average of 6 minutes or fewer to complete. The Behavioral Assessment is a free choice assessment, which means there are no right or wrong answers, and measures four factors that provide insight into your people's behavioral drives and needs.  

Cognitive Assessment - The Predictive Index Cognitive Assessment is a 12-minute, timed assessment that measures General Cognitive Ability which is the ability to learn, adapt, grasp new concepts, and handle complexity. General Cognitive Ability is considered to be the best single predictor of job performance.
