Background checks:
We conduct background checks (to the extent allowed by law) and reference checks prior to on-boarding a new employee.

Data Access:
A limited set of employees have access to customer data and only access that data at the request of the customer.

Confidentiality agreements:
All employees, contractors, and agents sign a confidentiality agreement prior to beginning to work.

Security awareness training:
All staff undergo security awareness training.
