# What is implementation and ongoing services like at Centro?

Basis is fantastic with implementation and ongoing support. From day 1, their clients are set up with a Customer Success Manager. And when they say success, they mean it. They'll walk new clients through every step up the setup and include interactive training for new users. And their CSMs are incredibly responsive. 

In addition, they provide other learning tools throughout the year. On a regular basis they host webinars for their users with insider tips and tricks as well as new trends in programmatic advertising. And to top it off, they offer the Centro Institute at their offices in Chicago each year, which is a two-day hands-on learning experience that is invaluable.

I'm going on two years now with Basis at my firm and I have had nothing but a wonderful experience with the entire team.
