Our implementation was several years ago, so I don't completely remember the length of time.  We contracted to have a facility assessment done as the source of information for this program.  That data was then loaded  and it was done.  I think it was about 4-6 months on the software side.  We had help from School Dude since we are a large agency.  This program has worked very well for us.
