# If our team uses Flare, what can we expect in terms of the return on investment?

In the early 1990&#39;s I was using 3 programs to manage just the learning content of a U.S. Navy training department . Over the last 30 years I have seen software evolve leaps and bounds. Flare is the &quot;tip of the spear&quot; as we say. If this doesn&#39;t improve your ROI then you are doing something wrong. 
Side Note: The faster you learn how to use Flare, the happier everyone will be. It took me 6 months to acquire a usable knowledge of Flare using only the &quot;included&quot;  training that was available. Your results may vary!
