# I would be curious if the designers have taken to heart the UX concerns that have been raised.

During my time spent at the university the prevalining opinion was that Blackboard was not a user-friendly tool, and lecturers were keen to look into alternatives.

Everyone dislikes their enterprise level LMS and wants to replace it. I worked with Bb daily for 8 years. Yes. I had complaints about the UX. But the software was overall extremely stable, never crashed, had good 24 hour support, and most of the tools I wanted or needed.
