I want to use reusable component in my template. How can I do it without copy pasting it in the templates every time?

You can use the clone template feature available in the template editor. This way you can clone the entire template for any channel in an existing or new template. 

We also have the option to save certain components of email templates, which you can use across templates.

If you want to create a standard header and footer for the email, you can also try the brand tool in the email. It creates a default header and footer with your org-level settings like logo, colors, social links, etc.
