# I've been invited to a Zoom meeting. How do I add it to my Schedule so that I don't forget?

I hope someone can help with this. I have tried to find answers on the internet but everything is about scheduling a meeting myself. I have been invited to a meeting. I have the ID and the password. I know I'll forget it so would love to add it to my Schedule on Zoom on my iPad so that I get a reminder. How do I do this?

What are you using for your "Schedule"? Outlook? Gmail? Calendar app?

Generally speaking, you would typically add it under the "Conference" option which should then allow you to paste in all the information, along with specifically labeling it a Zoom Meeting.

Hi there, I only use Calendar on iPad but it's so unreliable and sometimes doesn't give us notification reminders. I've missed 2 meetings because of it recently. I wanted to add it in the Zoom app itself. There's a Schedule section. But it's all for creating your own meetings, never for adding one in that's been scheduled by somebody else.
