# I tried to use Zoom on my Mac but it wouldn't open but I feel like when I used Microsoft it works fine. Why is that?

My computer is older and slower than the Microsoft desktop I was using. Could that be the reason why it won't launch? It would say that the internet isn't connected, but it was.

Try reinstalling the zoom client and check for any network issues.
